Terms of Service / End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: Jan 6, 2025
Owner: Inspire Global Enterprises
App: AnanaMUSTalkBy creating an account or using AnanaMUSTalk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 17 years old (or as required by your local law) to use the App.
- You are responsible for your account security and any activity under it.
Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content & Abusive Behavior
We have no tolerance for content or conduct that is illegal, harmful, or abusive. You may not post, share, message, or otherwise transmit anything that includes:
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech or content that attacks or dehumanizes a person or group based on protected characteristics.
- Sexual content involving minors; sexual exploitation or solicitation, non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or threats of violence.
- Illegal activity, human trafficking, exploitation, or instructions to commit crimes.
- Terrorism or extremist content, incitement or praise of violence.
- Doxxing (sharing others’ private info), spam, scams, or deceptive behavior.
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to access accounts or data without permission.
- Intellectual property infringement or violation of others’ rights.
Violations may result in immediate content removal and account termination.
Content Moderation & Filtering
- We use a combination of automated filters and human review to prevent and detect objectionable content before and after it appears in the App.
- We may block or quarantine content automatically pending review.
- We may modify, remove, or refuse to distribute any content at our discretion.
Reporting & Enforcement (24-Hour SLA)
- Every post/profile/message includes a Report option for users to flag objectionable content.
- We review all reports within 24 hours and will remove violating content and eject offending users where appropriate.
- Users can submit reports in-app or via email at abuse@yourdomain.com.
- We maintain time-stamped logs of reports and actions taken.
Blocking & Safety Controls
- You can block other users at any time from their profile or chat.
- Blocked users cannot view your profile or contact you in the App.
- You can adjust safety settings in Settings → Safety & Privacy.
Your Content, License to Us
You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the App. You represent you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Interfere with the App’s normal operation or security, reverse engineer, or scrape.
- Use the App to collect personal data about others without consent.
- Circumvent moderation or enforcement mechanisms.
Enforcement, Repeat Offenders
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or repeated infringements. We may notify law enforcement when legally required or when safety is at risk.
Appeals
If your content or account is actioned, you may appeal within 14 days by contacting appeals@inspireglobale.com . We will review appeals in good faith.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or where prohibited by law.

Community Guidelines (In-App Short Version)
1. Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
2. Keep it safe. No sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or incitement of violence or self-harm.
3. Stay honest. No scams, spam, impersonation, or IP violations.
4. Protect privacy. No doxxing or sharing others’ private info.
5. Use the tools. Tap Report on any harmful content; Block users to stop contact.
6. SLA: We review reports within 24 hours and remove content / eject offenders.
Violations may result in removal of content and loss of account access.

Moderation SOP (1-page you can show Apple)
Intake: Reports arrive via in-app queue and abuse@inspiregloble.com
SLA: First review within 24 hours (most within a few hours).
Triage: Auto-filtered items queued by severity (child safety, violence, etc.).
Actions:
• Remove violating content immediately.
• Eject (suspend/ban) the offending user for severe or repeated violations.
• Preserve evidence and log time-stamped actions.
• Notify law enforcement when required (e.g., child safety, credible threats).
Appeals: Users can email appeals@inspireglobale.com ;reviewed by a different moderator within 7 days.
Metrics: Track time to first action, removal rate, repeat-offender rate.

Pre-Submission QA Checklist
• Sign-up requires explicit checkbox to accept Terms; links to Terms & Privacy open in-app.
• “Zero tolerance” language appears in Terms and visible Community Guidelines.
• Report button present on every UGC surface (posts, comments, profiles, DMs).
• Block User present on profile & chat header; block state enforced server-side.
• Automated filters on text/images active; test with seeded offensive phrases/images.
• Moderation queue receives reports; timestamps prove < 24-hour action.
• Screenshots recorded for all above to include in Resolution Center.
• Privacy Policy link works and matches current data flows.
• Age gate or 17+ rating set as appropriate in App Store Connect.
